Powell real estate market November 2011  says the average sale price  is $278,682 down 10.7% from November 2010.  This is for the Powell corporation limit (city of Powell, so does not include homes in unincorporated areas or the Franklin County homes with a 43065 mailing address. The Columbus Board of REALTORS reports residential properties (includes condominiums.)
