Have I mentioned the NEW Lewis Center Real Living HER office?
The new Real Living HER office in Lewis Center opens real soon. There is crossover between areas...Columbus, Ohio 43240 the Polaris area, Lewis Center, Powell, Worthington. Most of this southern Delaware County area is in the Olentangy Local School District... but not all of it. Central Ohio school district madness reigns.... where an address says one thing and the home is in another school district.
The new Real Living HER office in Lewis Center is right up the road from the current Worthington HER office on Route 23.... of course the Worthington office, in the city of Worthington has a High Street address. The Worthington Real Living HER office which is going to be torn down, is at 6902 N. High St. Worthington, Ohio 43085, in the city of Worthington Once you get to Delaware County, Route 23 is "Columbus Pike."
The NEW Lewis Center Real Living HER office address is on Owenfield Drive.... the road that runs along 
Route 23 in that neck of the woods... north of Powell Rd, you know the area... The Meier Store, the Home Depot....The entrance to the Riverbend subdivision. West side of State Route 23...

The New Lewis Center Real Living HER office is part of Central Ohio Zip Code Madness
Central Ohio Zip Code Madness has spread into Delaware County. If you know where the Lewis Center Real Living HER Office is from my description maybe you know what I am talking about. If not I am not sure I can "blog" about it yet. Here's my favorite place to look at zip codes in Central Ohio.
Home Depot wanted a Lewis Center address? Home Depot was able to get a Lewis Center address. I wonder if they did that when they built? Perhaps they said "We'll only build our Lewis Center store if we can have a Lewis Center address." I can see that on the map.... on my favorite map for zip codes:

Not that I can think of areas where zip codes have changed in Central Ohio recently.....
Coming soon... Lewis Center Real Living HER office
A New Lewis Center office and a NEW Worthington office in Old Worthington. While part of the Worthington Real Living HER office will be moving to the Lewis Center Real Living HER Office, part of the Worthington Real Living HER office (formerly HER Realtors) office will be moving to downtown Worthington, where there is no zip code madness. In Old Worthington you really know you are in Worthington. On High Street is in Worthington, the Worthington post office is right down the street on High Street. In Old Worthington it is in the Worthington City School District. 
Sanity. No identity crisis.
Post Offices in S. Delaware County
Hmmmmm the Powell Ohio Post Office is at 40 Grace Drive, Powell, Ohio 43065.
The Lewis Center Ohio Post Office is at 393 E. Orange Road, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.
Polaris area? The Columbus, Ohio 43240 Post Office is right off Polaris Parkway. The Polaris Post Office's has a beer drive through and a gas station and more.
Real Living HER real estate - southern Delaware County
Real Living HER has a Powell Office, at 379 W. Powell Road, Powell Ohio 43065. That office has been around for a long time. There is another Real Living HER office in Lewis Center, a sattelite office, owned by one of the agents in the office.
I'll take a photo of the building when it has a Real Living HER sign on it... you'd think somewhere in all this, I'd have the address of the new Real Living HER Lewis Center office wouldn't you? Don't worry, it is not you. It is not here.
Central Ohio Zip Code Madness
Far North Columbus Identity Crisis the City of Columbus called an ID crisis long ago for areas north of the city of Worthington, the Polaris area, the Crosswoods area and more.
Columbus or Gahumbusville - City of Columbus neighborhoods in Westerville schools with Gahanna mailing addresses and other combinations
Worthingwoods a Columbus Ohio community - in Worthington schools with a Powell mailing address
Olde Sawmill neighborhood - City of Columbus with a Dublin mailing address. Some of the neighborhood is Dublin schools. The other part is Worthington schools
